The hotel was convenient to both Tramore and to Waterford City. Staff were friendly and helpful, but not overbearing. Reception was pleasant, rooms clean, and food excellent. Good value for money. We will definitely return.

Loved the fine beach view from our balcony! The room was clean and the beds were comfy. Enjoyed hanging out in the cozy lounge area. Breakfast was typical but satisfying. Although the service at the bar was a bit slow, the vibe was nice, and the location is super convenient.

Everything was really good, so were GREAT views of the beach. The family room was freshly decorated and had a work desk, tea and coffee making equipment, and a TV set. The location was incredible, not very far from Hall. Good breakfast and other services were brilliant.

The best thing about The Majestic Hotel was the Restaurant. The meal was excellent, beautifully presented and excellent tasting. The staff in the Restaurant were very polite, attentive and very professional. We only stayed for one night as we were travelling on to Mallow.
The bar did not, in my opinion, live up to hotel standards. Although there was entertainment in the evening the place was full of children which left very little room for adults arriving after 8.30. We ended up sitting outside which would have been fine if heaters had been provided after one drink we retired to the room. Very disappointing.

Our room was recently refurbished and airy and had an electric kettle, a private safe and an iron. All the staff were well experienced and excellent, the breakfast was satisfactory with very good Porridge;)))

great location with a few drawbacks
The location was excellent, right by the amusements and shops. We received a complimentary sea view room. The staff allowed us a late checkout. I particularly enjoyed the amazing sea view from our room at sunrise, it was amazing.
Although the hotel offered many positive aspects, it lacks a pool, which would have enhanced our experience.

The location is the best point to this hotel. Nothing amazing about the interior & food is ok at best.
A bit over priced at €120 per night & all the beds had some sort of damage to them.needs a bit of work done.

Great views from select rooms, especially at sunrise. The location allows for easy access to the beach.
Noise from the bar carries into nearby rooms, causing disturbances, especially during weekend nights. The absence of air conditioning in the rooms made it uncomfortable during warmer weather. Limited menu options at dinner left something to be desired, and slow service for food was frustrating hungry after a long day.
